I was about a month ago in your store in Fuencarral and honestly even if I like very much your collection and the complete concept of the brand I believe the customer service is very poor even considering the size of the store is not enough anymore thought. The employees kept us in the door waiting for more than 30 minutes even if the customers were going out of the store they were not allowing to more customers going in. I asked the girl in the door and she was very impolite. With those prices, good customer service should be a must have

This product is made in china and thus was subjected to a 170% customs charge if shipping to US. You will be forced to pay basically $400 for this if you live in the US. This was not disclosed beforehand or obviously would not have purchased.
