Items purchased from Eme Studios must be returned at the customer's expense in perfect and unused condition, free from deterioration, stains, odours or any condition that prevents them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 90 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund.
To return all or part of an order, the items that the customer wishes to return must be sent via courier in a secure package.

The refund will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase within a maximum period of 7 working days after the item arrives at our warehouse. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost *Excluding the Iberian Peninsula*, except for defective orders or orders incorrectly shipped by us. Any item(s) purchased on sale the total refund will be the same as the purchase price, taking into account that we will subtract the shipping cost, which will depend on each geographical location.
It is important to note that we will not accept returns of Eme Studios garments that have not been purchased through www.emestudios.co.
